Subscribers will receive access to add-on tickets to their orders prior to the first season show on sale. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox for alerts as to when your exchange/add-on period begins.
Step-by-step process of the add-on process are included below for your convenience.
1. Click on Sign In tab in the top right and login with existing Ticketmaster login, or create a new login. You should use the e-mail address on file with Broadway in El Paso. Scroll down and click on BUY TICKETS.
2. After clicking on Buy Tickets at the bottom of the home page, click on SELECT under date and time of performance desired.
3. Click on the Continue to Map button.
4. Enter ADDON in the promo code box located above the map in between the quantity and accessibility buttons and click APPLY
5. Click on the map, scroll in, allow available seats to load, select new desired seats, click on cart in the upper right corner and click CONTINUE.
6. Check the event, date, time and seats selected and click on CHECKOUT.
7. Enter payment details and click on PAY TODAY to process payment and finalize order.
