Season Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers will receive access to exchange/upgrade their seats prior to the first season show on sale. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox for alerts as to when your exchange/upgrade periods begin.

Step-by-step process of the exchange process are included below for your convenience.

1. Sign into your Account Manager. You should use the e-mail address on file with Broadway in El Paso. If it’s your first time logging in, then click SIGN UP at the bottom of the login screen to register the email.

2. Click on MY EVENTS in the upper left. Then click on SELECT EVENT next to the Event desired to be exchanged.

3. Click on the MORE on the right hand side which will open the Exchange Tab.

4. Click on Exchange.

5. Select the seats to be exchanged (desired seats to exchange should now have a checkmark) then click Continue.

6. Click on SELECT EVENT next to the performance date/time desired.

7. Click on map, scroll in, allow available seats to load, select new desired seats, click on cart in the upper right corner and click CONTINUE.

8. Check order and price difference if any. Click NEXT or continue and finalize exchange.
